We also help our clients obtain immigrant visas such as investor FM2, professional worker FM2, executive employee FM2, scientist FM2, technician FM2, and re-enlist/pensioner FM2. We advise business on personnel decisions, corporate immigration policies and procedures, and U.S. visas. We also represent clients in family based FM3 and FM2 visas. We also help our clients have their dual nationality/citizenships recognized by the Mexican government and to apply for naturalization to acquire Mexican nationality and citizenship.
